GMask is a great, simple and easy-to-use image mask tool. The program supports the following masks: WIN, MEKO-, MEKO+, FL, Q0 and CP. The image formats that GMask supports are BMP, DIB, JPG and JPEG, and PNG image format. Unfortunately the GIF image format is not supported.
